Admissions Process

1. Inquiry

Contact our admissions office to express interest and request information. You can do this by phone, email, or by visiting our campus.

Inquiries are accepted throughout the year. We recommend starting the process at least 6 months before your desired enrollment date.

Tours are conducted on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please contact the admissions office to schedule your visit.

2. School Tour

Visit our campus to see our facilities, observe classes in session, and meet with administrators. This will help you understand our educational approach and school culture.

3. Application Submission

Complete and submit the application form along with all required documents and the application fee. Applications can be submitted online or in person at our admissions office.

Required documents include birth certificate, previous school records, immunization records, and two passport-sized photographs.

The assessment is age-appropriate and designed to understand your child's learning style, strengths, and areas for growth.

4. Assessment and Interview

Your child will be invited for an assessment appropriate to their age and grade level. Parents will also have an interview with a school administrator to discuss educational goals and expectations.

Admission decisions are made based on the assessment results, interview, available space, and the school's ability to meet the child's educational needs. Families are notified of the decision within two weeks.

Upon acceptance, families must complete the enrollment process, including payment of fees and completion of additional forms.

Additional Information

  • Mid-Year Admissions: We accept applications throughout the year, subject to availability of places. Mid-year admissions follow the same process as regular admissions.

Payment Information

  • Payment Schedule: Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each term. The academic year consists of three terms.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer, banker's check, or direct deposit to the school's account. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Late Payments: A surcharge of 5% will be applied to fees paid after the due date. Students with outstanding fees may be excluded from classes until payment is made.
  • Sibling Discount: A 5% discount on tuition fees is offered for the second child and subsequent children from the same family enrolled at the school.
  • Refund Policy: Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term has begun. In case of withdrawal, a full term's notice in writing is required, or a term's fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
